The automatic pool cover will not move when engaging the switch or digital pad.

If your key pad does not light up or the switch/toggle is not engaging the motor please check all GFI switch plates (these may be located near pool equipment) as well as your breaker box, a loss of power may indicate  a GFI or breaker switch were tripped.

When you are sure that the indicated power sources are fine, the next step would be to call our office for service.

The automatic pool cover will not open all the way, stops midway.

Possible cause for this could be debris stuck in the tracks, use a hose to flush out the tracks on both sides. If the issue persists further, lift the lid stones or vault lid and check the rope reel to see if the ropes are tangled, carefully untangle ropes or call our office to set up service.

The automatic pool cover will not close, the pool is uncovered.

First check to make sure your switch or digital pad is receiving power, if you hear the motor turning on but the cover is not moving, it's possible your cover may have been opened too far and has come off the track. In this case please call the office to set up service.
